Texan Chipotle Amber Ale Beer Recipe Kit

Tasty and Enjoyable

I'm pleasantly surprised by how this one came out. The flavor of the ale itself is really simple and pleasant. Great for a summer evening. And the spice gives it a really enjoyable kick that likes to linger on your lips. I added a thai chili pepper to mine for a little extra heat and if you're a big fan of spice then I'd recommend that too!

Easy to brew and tasted delicious. Different taste with hint of smoke and pepper taste hits back of throat.

Chipotle

Really easy to drink. Seemed more like a wheat than an amber. Although I added a half teaspoon of red pepper flakes along with the smoked chipotle that came with the recipe kit (as was recommended in one of the reviews) I still could not notice even the slightest hint of pepper. Still, the beer tastes great, just no pizazz.
