Top quality
This is a strong and well-made running leash, and I love the flexible feature that stops a dog suddenly jerking and potentially injuring the runner. However, my dog loves to run well ahead of me so I'm returning it and getting the longer version

Hand loop too thin
This is described as a "light" leash. What is meant is "thin". The bungee part is useful for providing some give when my puppy pulls and it seems to be holding up well. However, the hand loop is thin and uncomfortable to loop around your wrist so I knocked off one star for that issue.

Lightweight and strong
This leash is strong and secure, with a good amount of stretch. Its lightweight which makes it nice to attach to the running belt. I wish it was just a bit longer, because it feels like my dog is just slightly under foot when running ahead of me.
