Pasture Raised Iberico Pork Sausage

Better than I thought

I’m always skeptical to purchase pork sausage. It’s either too salty, too much oil, too many additives. This was a little more smoke than I expected but still good. It has good flavor, no grisle. I eat eggs every morning, so I need variety in the meats to go with my eggs.
