The Iberico Presa from Frankie's is an amazing cut of meat. It is hard to find, but well worth the search, and Frankie's delivered it quickly and it was still solidly frozen. The quality of the meat and butchering is evident as soon as you thaw and unwrap it. I can't wait to try another creative recipe with this uniquely flavored pork! Thank you.

I bought two of these and baked them in the oven; they were tender and juicy and they tasted amazing! I was hesitant to order them because I had tried Ibérico before and did not enjoy the taste but the product offered here is definitely superior. A must buy. Looking forward to eating it again.
