Jumbo u-10 Diver Scallop Roll Kit

These were some of the largest Scallops I've ever had. But what really surprised me was how tender they were on the Inside, I fried them up nice and brown, and yet the Inside was almost melty, unbelievable! I think though I rather have them on their own and leave the Bun to Lobster Meat; with the Bun and Scallops it's almost too rich for me.
