Even after 75 years one can learn new habits!
The 5 min journal keeps me organized & is a recording of what I want to do with my day. It also is where I record what I am grateful for at the beginning of the day. That is an area where I repeat myself often, but that's okay. Certain people show up in my life that continue to surprise me with warm hearted kindness.

Perfect way to start and end of your day
I’m on my 4th journal and I absolutely love it! I have given it to friends as gifts. And also recommend to others. It’s daily quotes are nice touch and the prompts are a great way to reflect back and look forward. I’m ready for my 5th one!
