My thoughts
I am enjoying journaling. It has helped me move from a dark time to a lighter one. I sometimes have to “force “‘myself to write I do and am glad I did. I focus more on gratitude rather than negativity. Thank you.

Great name and accurate description of the time needed
Excellent source for rewiring thoughts and behaviors from childhood that do not work for us in adult hood. I am a therapist and recommend for my patients frequently.
