So much work and thought was put into this. This book makes it easy to write. Would recommend.

Helpful tool
The pros: the content of the journal is amazing. It's very helpful. It has space to vent my feelings and then evaluate the situation. This has helped stop some of my overthinking on situations. The journal also contains encouraging and supportive information. The paper is a nice thickness. I like the color of the purple cover. The journal came with a nice cloth bag to keep it in.
The cons: the cover of my journal has indentations and scrapes which makes it look like it's been roughly handled before I received it. There is even a small hole in some of the pages and back cover as if it had been stabbed with something thin and sharp. The ribbon bookmark is low quality. It was already torn and frayed when I received the journal. I will have to cut it off and use my own bookmark.
Despite the cons I mentioned, I would still highly recommend this journal to help an overthinker.
