You get what you pay for

I have had good shovelnose sturgeon caviar, this isn't it. The eggs are mushy and have no texture, should just be a paste. It is over-salted and there is an astringent metallic taste at the end leaving not wanting to eat more. Big waste of money. Pay more and get something better. Too bad all the four and five star reviews made me think this was good--it most certainly is not.
