This is the first time I tried Reishi. I waited a couple of weeks to see if it helped. This really works! It helps me drift off to sleep and when I wake up in the night, I can go back to sleep. Deeper Sleep

This is my 2nd bottle of Reishi. I take one dropperful before bed and have noticed my sleep is better. I have played around with taking a dropperful in the morning and I feel as if my mood is improved throughout the day. I will most likely get the subscription because I know I'll be buying it again and again.
