No stevia, not a lot of sodium and all the flavors are light. I really like the cherry and strawberry lemonade. I’ve also tried the berry in a different pack. Seems to be helping keep me well hydrated.

Didn’t realize each packet is for 8oz of water, but so fat i like them. Its a good ratio of electrolyes.
