It tastes like what they give you for a colonoscopy. I've tried it plain and in concentrated orange juice and it makes me gag to try and get it down either fast or slowly. I tried it to increase my energy in my exercise program and ability to walk distance. I haven't noticed a difference but it's been less than a week so maybe it takes longer but getting it down is just plain awful and more off putting than any benefits.
