Doze and Dream from Herbtender has been a game changer to my nights sleep since I have been taking it.
Taken about an hour before going to bed I find that I can fall asleep quite quickly, and even if up once or twice during the night I feel that it has helped me to relax back into sleep. Also, I think that it has aided a period of deep sleep which is necessary for recuperation. Doze and dream very much does as the name states, I am happy to have found it.

I’ve been taking Dose and Dream plus Perform and Recover for about a month now and feel so much better. My sleep has improved and I have a lot of energy in the day even after a long workout at the gym. The capsules actually smell and taste reassuringly mushroomy too. Feels like great value for money, Really lovely and personalised response when I emailed with a query. So altogether a great business. Highly recommend
