Strongman Sandbag

I’m so excited to start doing dynamic exercises on it but I’m letting my body adapt to it first by getting good at the bear hug and shoulder carries. It’s awesome!

Very easy to fill. I recommend putting sand into a small bucket and then dumping it into your sandbag. Very durable sandbag. I plan on buying another in the future

This sandbag is great quality. I enjoy it much more than the adjustable bag I used before it. It maintains a more consistent shape and the workouts feel much better. I love this bag and can’t wait to get more!
