Easy to follow instructions. Tastes like a full bodyed american domestic beer. ABV is closer to 4.5% when I've made it.

First time making a beer like this, and it was super easy to follow along. The instructions were clear and concise. Gave this beer out to many different family members and all of them loved it. Will definitely buy again!

5 gallon Light Lager

Followed the recipe I did add half a whirloc tab at the end of the boil fermented in the mid 50s, then up for the d-rest, cold crashed 5 days it is delicious
