Oh my gosh! I made this for Fathers Day and it was a huge hit! I sautéed it in butter with mild onions and capers, it was delicious! I had skate many years ago in NY at a 5 star restaurant. This brought back memories! We both love the smooth texture and mild taste. I’m glad we have two more packs in the freezer! Unfortunately we both eagerly ate before we took pictures! I’ll send next time! Tomorrow night is mussels with fennel and white wine🥰
