Good features - so far has worked well (4 days) so far. Once the ice melts a little, it stays cold for several hours. Could improve - no on off switch. Have to unplug power supply from hose at chest. - Unlike other model by Breg, there are no ice inserts. - Insufficient to last a night without replacing ice - user (if post surgery) really needs another to keep loaded and cooling.
