Medium firm, is way too soft!
The overall design, materials and look of this mattress are beautiful, but the firmness and support description have not matched up with our experience. I ordered a "Medium Firm" and this mattress and topper have no firm qualities at all and provide little to no support. I made the change from my previous mattress mainly for my husband, who has a difficult time finding a comfortable and supportive mattress, and this mattress has made his sleep and lower back pain worse. Again, beautifully designed, but is way too soft, provides no support.

Awesome Bed
Helix Midnight Elite is giving me some of the best sleep in my life. It has amazingly effective support properties without feeling overly hard. I got it with GlacioTex later and I am satisfied with that choice. It is naturally cooling. We are letting our parents sleep on it while visiting it (they are 70+) and they love the balance of support and cushion, too. Despite the hefty price tag, the value is still great. Really recommend this mattress for couples, side sleepers, and hot sleepers. It has been very effective with my lower back pain when others were not or even caused worse aggravation. One note: Make sure to find a deeper King bedsheet set to fit the thick 15" mattress.

Midnight elite
The best bed ever. I’m a very hot sleeper so I ordered everything with extra cooling. Even the mattress cover. I bought a pair of silver sheets. The bed is epic. There is no better investment in yourself the a great bed. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the bed frame I ordered from the site. It came a bit damaged and was not easy to put together. Other then that feels very solid
