Cloud Cooling Pillow Case

I must say this is the BEST pillow I have ever purchased and I have bought many pillows in the past years! You melt in the softness! The cooling of the pillowcase works like a charm! I am one happy customer!

The two items that I have received, the lavender pillow, and the cooling pillow case are great. Most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. And the cooling pillow case is the greatest thing. My issue is I also ordered a Navy pillow, which I never received. I tried to cancel the order but never heard back. I can't find a phone number on your website. I emailed two different emails that I found and nothing! Customer service it key to having a successful business. I'm very disappointed in your customer service and you should be too if you are going to be the kind of company that has any moral values. It's great that you sent me a follow-up questionnaire about my experiences but do the right thing and help your customers get their issues resolved. Respectfully

the pilkow is great and it actually stay cool as well as supporting my head. im a side sleeper with wide shoulders, my only complaint is my wife tries to steal it so im going to buy her one
