Great but it could have been better
Feedback on Mattress Experience & Customer Support My experience with the mattress was initially pleasant, but it turned out not to be suitable for my back issues. From the beginning, I experienced increasing back pain—even to the point where I couldn’t wake up without discomfort. Although I was advised to choose a medium mattress as a side sleeper with back problems, it ended up being too soft for me. I spent over a year trying to resolve the issue, including replacing the mattress once. Unfortunately, the replacement began sagging within about five months. The process of working with customer service was difficult and time-consuming. I was asked to provide detailed measurements, photos, and videos to demonstrate the issue, which is not easy for someone without technical knowledge. It would be much more efficient if a technician could visit and assess the mattress directly. In the end, after persistent follow-up, I was able to switch to a firm mattress, which has improved my situation. However, I had to figure out the solution largely on my own. Suggestions for Improvement * Better Guidance: Sales and customer service teams should provide stronger recommendations based on customer needs. In my case, I believe I should have been encouraged to try a firmer mattress earlier, even though I initially requested a medium. * Simpler Support Process: The replacement process should be easier for customers. Offering in-home technician visits would reduce frustration and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. * More Customization Options: A combination of a firm mattress with a softer, thicker top layer (such as a zippered topper) worked best for me. This type of option should be offered upfront so customers can balance support and comfort more effectively. Final Thoughts At this point, I am satisfied with the current setup and hopeful it will maintain its shape over time. Customer service was always polite, but improving training, guidance, and flexibility would make a significant difference in the overall experience.

Great Bed, Takes Some Breaking In and Getting Used To, Would Switch Back
The bed is incredible. The first week or two were very intimidating. My wife and I felt like we were sleeping on a slab of concrete compared to our last bed. We were very concerned that we'd have to return the mattress. As we got used to AND as the bed broke in a bit, we realized it was exactly what we needed for support. Months later, we are very satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend this bed to others.
