Great customer service

It was still a little too firm for my wife. We contacted Helix and they made a recommendation that we just put on. She already says it feels better and is looking forward to the next few nights to see how she sleeps.

Dawn Elite was too hard

I wanted something firmer since my lower back would hurt on my old memory foam mattress. This was too hard for my liking. I ended up swapping for the Dusk which is better.

Great customer service but ultimately returned the Helix

customer service was great but I returned the mattress. I was never supposed to get the Dawn. There was some mixup at Helix and they sent the Dawn instead of the Dusk.
