It’s been 10 days and I still have no delivery.

I have purchased several of your wraps I had two blue shoulder and neck wraps, one booty wrap, one green, regular small wrap, and one wrap for the hip and waist. The last purchase was a neck and shoulder wrap. It seem to be a little different from the other neck reps. I’ve had this time I seem to have broken out on my neck and I was wondering if I could possibly make an exchange thank you.
