Eye Pillow Hot/Cold Aromatherapy Rectangular Shaped with 12 Herbs & Essential Oil

So, so disappointed!! The description in your email subject line is correct. That's what I ordered and what I paid for. However what I received (and you can see by the photo of the paper that was included with my shipment), is the THREE ingredient product, NOT the 12 ingredient mix. I really want the 12 herbs mix!! Please let me know how to proceed.

Eye Pillow is Small

I received my order from Herbal Concepts and was pleased with the neck & back and knee aromatherapy items. But the eye pillows were not the 12 herbs one, received the lavender ones instead. They feel pretty flimsy, and are quite small, so seem a bit overpriced (even at the sale price) for what I got.

Smells like garlic

I have gotten my heating packs here for years. They always smelled great. These smell like garlic. Not so nice.
