Disappointing Quality and Customer Service

I purchased these champagne glasses for the second time because I loved my first set and found them so beautiful and elegant. Unfortunately, the second set was noticeably different. I understand that the glasses are hand-blown and may have slight variations, but the stems on my latest set are significantly thicker, heavier and much less elegant than those of my previous order. When I contacted customer service, I was told that this was simply a characteristic of hand-blown glass and that an exchange would not be offered. They would accept a return, but I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. What was even more disappointing was the customer service experience. For two days, I communicated only with AI and was unable to reach a real person. It took until the third day to finally receive a response from a human representative. For a company positioning itself as a premium brand, I expected a more personal and customer-oriented approach. The issue is not simply that the glasses are different—it is also how a customer’s concern about the quality and consistency of the product is handled.
