Nice, but heavy for the price

I'm testing out a couple different universal wine glasses for my new "house glasses". Compared to another brand at a similar price point, I fell the machine blown Gabriel Glas is good but a bit heavy in the hand. A nice glass, but ultimately not my pick.

Friends of ours are restaurateurs and wine importers and use these glasses which Is how I discovered them. Love the feel and balance of them.

Glasses have flaws - like tiny chips - company doesn't reapond

When I receiveded my glasses last Friday, I discovered flaws in the glass. There are tiny but easy to feel. Left a phone Message for the company Tuesday. No return call. Very disappointed. My Riedel glasses are 20 years old and flawless. These are poor quality
