This stew pork is soooo versatile!
This is one of our favorite items! Just cooked it yesterday- 2 lbs pork stew meat tossed with spices, cooked in a slow cooker for 6 hours, chopped up and put back in the slow cooker with homemade North Carolina vinegar bbq sauce and served with buns and cole slaw!!! Such delicious pork!!!
