Definitely noticing an improvement
I wanted to wait till I had tried these supplements for at least a month before writing a review and it has now been almost 2 months. The first thing I noticed was that I went from waking up 3-4 times a night to only waking up once or twice and occasionally sleeping right through which is unusual for me.
I'll give a little background history for context. I have mostly always been blessed to be pretty healthy, eating well, sleeping fairly well, and exercising. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and endometriosis as a teenager. After I left school I suddenly developed chronic discomfort, permanent bloat and completely lost my sense of hunger. For no apparent reason that anyone could find I have had this condition for over 10 years now.
Then for 2+ years I developed some pretty bad eating habits as a result of depression and eventually developed mild fibromyalgia and acid reflux. Muscle aches & pains, insomnia and brain fog.
Over the past year of 2025-2026 I finally got myself together, built up good healthy eating habits, started exercising and practicing mindfulness. Slowly the insomnia, night sweats and muscle aches disappeared. But no matter what, I could not get rid of the brain fog. And every time we had a rain shower and/or a cold spell of weather I felt really strange, achy, tired and sluggish, unable to concentrate.
This is when I got online and found these mushroom extracts! I can't say that I felt the effects instantly-I must admit I felt quite sceptical. But after 2 weeks, I started to realize that I was sleeping much better. Then to my surprise, I suddenly found that I wasn't tired and I was able to concentrate a whole lot better when my brother came over for dinner. Normally, I get really tired quite quickly while talking to people. So this was an AMAZING improvement.
To sum it up: since I've been on these supplements- not as many headaches, barely any acid reflux, no brain fog, less tiredness, zero fibromyalgia aches and sleeping very well.
To top it off, I ordered my 2nd batch of supplements and to my surprise and delight, I found not one, but THREE bottles in my box!!! I am so, so happy because I was then able to give a bottle to my Mum. I am hoping so much that they will help her with her own health troubles.
