Easy to take each day with my smoothie Feeling great in myself too

Only been taking Blackcurrant Skin Extrsct for a week so I will review again a week or two. No difference yet as I need to take it for longer. I cant swallow capsules so I untrust the cspsule and put it on water. Easy to open and dissolves easily in a little water first then I top it up to one glass of water
