I have no idea if they do anything for my skin, hair and nails or not but I’ll just keep taking them because apparently it’s good for joints anyway. I hate the collagen drinks so this is perfect for me, can’t taste a thing.

These were a life saver getting my skin, hair and nails back to optimal health after having my second baby. I can definitely tell when I haven’t taken them in a while so something I can’t live without anymore.
