Premium Tonkotsu Kit (2 servings)

Loved it!

It was easy to make, and the finished product looked wonderful and tasted great! Better tonkotsu broth than my local place, and I didn't have to go out in the snow. I added a marinated egg, and it was a hearty meal. It was well worth it, and I'll be ordering again.

Worth it

The kit was very easy to make, instructions are inside each box. The portions are perfect for one person. The flavor was great and restaurant quality all the way around.

I lived in Kanagawa, Japan for many years and moved to the states recently and was highly dissatisfied in every ramen restaurant I have tried. These ramen kits are the closet thing I have had to an authentic Japanese tasting bowl of ramen. The noodle texture is just right and the broths are full of umami. Simple and delicious bowls of ramen! Oishi desu!
