Hifiman Sundara Closed-Back Headphones

Looking for a pair of closed back with good resolution for public cafe use. I have Focal Clears and Sennheisser HD6xx which are all open back, and some good IEMs (Senn ie600, JVC HA-1800W). The only closed back cans I have are Beats Pro Wired. I do like them for certain genres needing strong bass, but wanted something with more resolution. The Sandaras are pretty good for the price of $129. Just know you do need to EQ these, as out of the box the factory tuning is total trash. I usually don't like EQ but necessary evil here. Once you tune them they sound fantastic.

Great price for a great product.

A steal for $130, nice mids and a decent punchy pass with good soundstage, not on par with the sundara open back but still very enjoyable, this is a good beginner pair of headphones.
