The hat was made of nice felt and was made properly. I really like it because it keeps my bald head warm on these cold winter days.

Get ahead - get a snappy hat!

I ordered a hat having got my wife to measure my head. Having had two uniformed jobs in my long life I knew my hat size in 'old money' - six and seven eigths. I don't think in centimetres but I do in inches and £.S.P. Having been measured by a responsible adult I ordered a hat and sat back, very smug and pleased with myself. The hat came very swiftly but was far too large, even after I added a whole packet of cork strips which I ordered with the hat. My wife/carer took control. She learned how to send a hat back and ordered a size smaller and a lighter colour. This second hat arrived quickly too and fits my perfect head - no,no - and fits my head perfectly. From my personal experience I would say that the hats this company sells are very generous sizes but no problems occurred when this old buffer wanted to exchange one. Thanks Borges & Scott - I'll be back!
