I love the Belfry Jazz, they're all very well made and comfortable. They can be worn casual or formal. My favorite hats to wear in this style! I had some minor issues with my hat but after contacting customer service, Skip connected me with Erin. She was friendly, knowledgeable in correcting the issue and more than willing to do whatever possible to make this happen.
