1. Customer service is AWESOME! Very informative and helpful, BONUS! ITS NOT Ai 2. Quality of, "the goods" is...good 3. Easy to customize DO NOT DO ANY SHAPING without first finding out how. (Plenty of videos online to help you understand. 4. Shipping was decent to Wyoming. Arrived in good shape. 5. Sizing is spot on.

Perfect St. Patty's hat

I wanted a real green hat. I've used the cheap party versions for years, but now I make music videos, (john xavier musical journeyman) on youtube, and when I play irish music I wanted a good hat. Very nice look and color. I got one from the Village hat shop, more expensive and totally not the same quality.
