Great Customer Service

I already have a Borges and Scott Panama Hat which I leave at our home in Spain. I am delighted with it. I bought an additional Panama but when it arrived the hat was different from my original purchase. On calling Borges and Scott I actually spoke with a human (a pleasant experience) who explained the hats are hand made and the brim can vary in size. Erika was first class emailing me on 2/3 occasions to tell me she had sourced a more suitable hat and she would reserve it for me until she received my return. From return to receipt of the replacement was a mere 5 days, a great turn around. I had read other reviews which had mentioned Erika. She is an excellent ambassador for the company who in turn seem to have customer satisfaction at heart.

Superb Hat and Service

I already had a Panama hat that I bought several years ago, but I found the 8cm brim to be too wide. I spent some time trying to find a quality hat at a reasonable price with a 6 to 6.5cm brim. I sent an email to Borges & Scott to ask the brim size and had a prompt response from Erika. She informed me that the brim width does vary, but they would endeavour to send a hat with my preferred width. All she needed was my order number after I purchased online. I purchased the hat and sent the order number. Within 2 days the hat arrived in a sturdy box and the brim width was 6.2cm. Erika is truly a credit to the company. What more can I say! The hat is very light, comfortable and excellent value for money. The added extra of having an adjustable sweatband is useful. A first class service from a reputable company.

Absolutely brilliant

Bought it for my brother in Aus and he just loves it - Infact he wore it all the time, Joking that he wouldn’t take it off to go to bed! It looks amazing, especially with those extra feathers
