Easy to assemble

We were on the search for a new piece of workout equipment and the fact that this had very little assembly was appealing. It took less than 2 hours to put together and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It fits perfectly in our space and we look forward to years of use.

Excellent customer service

I have bought body solid gyms in the past at my previous home. I downsized a year ago and had to buy a smaller machine. The BSG10X home gym I received fits well in a spare bedroom along with free weights, workout bench, and elliptical. The machine works pretty well and I am happy I bought it. It did have a broken plastic insert at the base of the seat which customer service emailed me the same day and got a replacement part shipped to me. I got the part installed and the seat is now more sturdy. Great product and excellent service!

Nice machine - poor delivery experience

Very nice machine - good value for sure. However, delivery was very slow, not communicative at all and delivered with palette smashed into pieces and box torn open (fortunately everything was still there). Thought you’d want to know. Thank you!
