Audeze MM-100 Headphones

Solid feeling headphones with a great build quality. Comfortable on the head with a simple yet effective head strap adjustment system. Out of the box and without EQ, they sound quite good. With a bit of EQ, they sound amazing. The earcups on my model don't swivel flat, as was advertised, but that doesn't bother me. Not sure if that was an adjustment in the manufacturing process so that they don't swivel as far, or if my specific headphones were not adjusted properly. I'm satisfied with my purchase, and would definitely buy another Audeze headphone in the future. Assembly in the USA is another nice little plus.

I go to this from Sennheiser HD 6XX. I think the sound stage is more or less the same between the two, but the details of MM-100 is really next level. There are some instruments that I never noticed before, or I thought it was synth because it sounded so static, but MM-100 allowed me to hear the variance and had to conclude it’s a real instrument recorded! Well done. The only caveat is that now you cannot enjoy certain songs because they are mixed poorly. This is also very comfortable. Despite being heavier than the HD 6XX, it doesn’t clamp my head at all so it’s very comfortable long listening session. Highly recommended.
