Meze Audio 109 PRO Headphones

Everything was great except FedEx did not allow me to hold the package in a store for pickup. Only the vendor (you) can do that. This required me to take off work an entire day waiting for a package. Please find a way to allow consumers to choose the drop off / pickup location.

I really like the 109 Pro. I don't typically enjoy headphones described as sounding bright like most versions of the Arya and HE1000SE. However, this headphone doesn't really bother me. I primarily bought this headphone for comfort which the 109 Pro has in spades. Soundstage and imaging are solid. Bass is good enough for my casual listening preference. The only area I find the 109 Pro lacking in is clarity. It is plenty detailed, but it doesn't sound quite as clear as an Arya or LCD-X.

Absolutely amazing! The experience is expansive, airy, deep, and rich. The texturing is fantastic - as if there are multiple drivers in the earcups versus the single 50mm hybrid. The sound resonates in beautiful, transparent coherence across the frequency range (especially the bass region). Burn in is real. Palpable. Brand new, the sound was crystalline with a slight granularity and subtle tightness about it (especially the treble region). But with 30-40 hours of use everything started becoming significantly smoother, almost buttery and relaxed in the best possible way, and it continues to sweeten. It just shines. I'm grinning wide.
