Solid Kit
I've made this many times in the past. The recipe is great and the overall beer has a great blend of flavors. Highly recommend!

Not a Bad Kit!
This is my second time brewing this kit. With more experience, it has improved. I went all out on this one: double decoction, open fermentation with Schneider's yeast strain, and bottle conditioning. It's among one of the best beers I've made. I still have issues with the grist, though. The CaraWheat should be replaced with CaraRye, and the Midnight Wheat should be replaced with Chocolate Rye Malt. It would also be great if that roasted malt could come separate so that it can be a late mash addition. Still, the kit is built in such a way that even boiling the Midnight Wheat in a decoction didn't draw out too much bitterness, so it's a good recipe for less intense mash regimens as well. I don't think I will brew this kit again because I want to make the above adjustments, but I would recommend it to anyone who is trying the style for the first time. It still comes out pretty dynamite with a simple step infusion, and I'm sure a single infusion would produce a good product as well. Hope this helps! Cheers!

Roggenbier Kit (All Grain)
This kit turned out nicely! I went with a step infusion mash (I adjusted the schedule from the recipe suggestion, though - 45 min for beta sacch and 20min for alpha sacch). The yeast I used (Mangrove Jack's Bavarian Wheat) gave me some issues, but the beer turned out tasty nonetheless. I would definitely order this kit again. Perhaps I will get one once the weather starts to cool off again. There's a small portion of wheat in the grist. I'd like to try the recipe with the rye as a complete replacement for the wheat portion, though.
