Honey Weizen Extract Beer Recipe Kit

Comprehensive kit…but how old?

Received the honey weizen kit with a few add ons and brewed the next week. Done this a bunch of times with extracts and always went well. My only gripe was the pound of honey that come with the kit…wonder how long this had been on the shelf, for it was 90% crystallized. Had to put this in a warm water bath for two hours just to get most of it out of the jug. Doubt this changes any flavor profiles, it was just a pain. Bottled now and in carb stage…I’m confident it turns out great.
