Turned out fantastic
I didn't follow the directions bc I wanted to do a double decoction and an open ferment. But over all the flavor was exactly what I was looking for

Dunkelweizen for Wisconsin
Was making for a winter time beer, so I had it in secondary at a lower temperature (60-65 degrees) to keep the esters low for less banana taste. Turned out just the way I wanted. Definitely putting it on the remake list.

Can't wait
I have this kit brewed and sitting in the secondary fermenter. Can't wait to try it. Super easy the grain is in the bag ready to dump in the mash tun.
