After following all instructions I have drank a couple of bottles and find it somewhat close to Guiness which was my goal. I was a little disappointed in the lack of head, I quess I expected a longer lasting and creamer head,

What a great example of Irish Stout. Will be brewing this again for sure. I used S04 and it turned out fantastic.
