Dry Irish Stout 1 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit

Perfect in my Pinter!

Introduced to Northern Brewer by a friend as a way to expand my introduction to home brewing via Pinter. Very pleased with this Irish Stout...very smooth and drinkable. It was one of my first home brew exercises and conditioned perfectly in my Pinter. My only wish might be a simple way to expand the 1 gallon kits (8 pints) out to the full 10 pints of a Pinter.

Fun 1 gallon kit and really easy to brew.

Great dry Irish stout

This kit produced a great dry Irish stout. Even though I did bottle conditioning, the beer turned out pretty clear and perfectly dry and flavorful. Next time I’ll have to try the 5 gallon kit.
