I get this for the immune system , I can't tell what it is actually doing for me except what it is suppose to do. I don't really think I am so supposed to feel different. Gave it 5 stars.

I like that this Mega Food Zinc has a food blend in it also. I take it on an empty stomach with water along with other Mega Food vitamins. No upset stomach, ever. I take it when I feel a cold coming on. I am happy with this zinc.
