This is one of the better gluten-free pastas I’ve had. They’re best eaten immediately as the texture can change a little bit overtime- allowed to cool a little bit they get more chewy, then leftover in the refrigerator overnight they can fall apart. But this isn’t anything against the product. If you’re looking for a good substitute for decent gluten pasta, I highly recommend this one or its flavor and texture, especially when fresh.
