This is my second Brazos cane. The first was a replacement for a generic cane I had while touring Niagara Falls with my wife. She accidentally tipped it over a fence and it fell 1000 ? feet into the river. As we left the observation deck we had to exit through the gift shop. They had canes and they were Brazos. I was quickly drawn to the twisted cane look. I picked out a twisted Sassafras cane. It was very attractive and it felt very sturdy. I bought it, liked it, and received many compliments. I dropped it a lot and the handle separated from the stick. I found that the floating tenon had broke also. I tried to fix it with doweling it worked, but not as well. I wound up drilling and used two 3”” deck screws. Solid as a rock! Unfortunately , I had placed it in a position and spot I found secure. When I got to the point of lowering the lift I was using I forgot the cane. As I let the lift down I heard the unmistakable sound of a wooden stick breaking. Well needless to say the cane didn’t survive and was not repairable. Hence the new cane. I have had it for a week and am very pleased with it. Again it is strong and sturdy. Exquisite craftsmanship and a thing of beauty. I will be more careful of where I place it from now on and look forward to many years of service from it William H Binnebose III

Solid. Stable. Beautiful. I could not be happier. So impressed I ordered a second cane made of Oak. Got that the other day. Incredible. I highly recommend this company. Awesome product. I’m so embarrassed to have to use a cane to get around. At least now I’m doing it with some class.
