MagSafe Wireless Charger Dash Phone Mount

The charger doesn’t work straight out of the box. I was told by support that my vehicle ports don’t have enough power for the charger to work properly. I also plugged it directly to a wall outlet, same thing. Turns on for 5 seconds then shuts off. Will not work.

Lined it then it won’t stay stuck to my dash.
