No charging. A little help?

I have called and also sent emails but have not receive a response to my request for assistance for the MagSafe gooseneck wireless charger. It appears to mount great but my main objective is to use the charging feature. It doesn't work. I have tried everything and hoped for some suggestions. Apparently, I will have to return. Customer service has not been good.

Great accessory

I purchased this so that I could charge my phone 📱 but also at the same time use my auxiliary jack to listen to music because whoever first bought my car didn’t purchase the airplay device that would allow this. This is working very well, all except that the suction cup came loose once.
