The D578 Is An Exceptional Radio

I was very excited to receive my D578 it is an exceptional radio in reference to Analog & DMR. No problem setting it up ie: installing the Ultra Codeplug, and getting on the air fast. Thanks Amy and Thanks Bridgecom Systems.

Good Unit

I now have 2 of these units, one as a Base and the other in my vehicle. Semms to be made strong, durable and has the functions I wanted as a Tech class operator.. Small complaint about the Audio volume, seems a bit too low even when set to Max Volume (8) in the CPS.. But I guess this is why a second speaker was added to the Mic to combat this slight issue.. Otherwise, I am so far happy with the purchase(s).
