BridgeCom BCS-200 Water Resistant Speaker Mic

Great mic.

Good audio quality both xmt and rcv. Handy volume control and earphone jack for privacy or noisy environments.

Not bad for a free mic, but……

I received the BridgeCom BCS-200 speaker mic with my Maverick DMR radio, it came as part of the package. I love my new DMR radio, but the speaker mic is something I’m not excited about. The BCS-200 is lightweight, lighter than I like, and the sound quality is far from ideal. Sounds very tinny to me, far from the quality I would have expected from BridgeCom. I am currently using another speaker mic which is much better suited for me.
