From the first call unexpected from Richmond Padraque, all the questions answered at the moment the follow up calls, making the order to received the package , programming was little confusing but then Jeremiah (W9JAM) send me a email with the correct links that’s an A+ in service and care for the customer. Learning slowly since Im new on DMR but the videos are very explained and step by step I’m getting there. Thanks Bridgecom

The availability of the Maverick Emergency pack was a wise choice . Having another battery is always advisable. The price was good and shipping was fast .

If I could do over I wouldn’t.

I will take full responsibility but I have yet to get any radio operational and with all the busyness of life haven’t pursued assistance. I am regretting all the expense and my general inability to navigate through what apparently is supposed to be basic stuff. If I could I would undue my ham radio pursuits and keep the funds I have already over invested. I really didn’t expect to have to spend so much time and money with nothing to show for it. Sadly even with the instructional videos and such I am still dead in the water. When time permits I will try and get it together but for now too much else is demanding my attention.
